Company President Jill Morin is married to Tony Morin, Division President of Sales and Business Development of Biltmore Homes. Having served as Marketing Director of Biltmore Homes since 2000, she is innately familiar with the Biltmore product and Biltmore neighborhoods. With this knowledge, Jill is especially adept in assisting buyers and sellers of new and existing Biltmore homes.
Biltmore Homes is currently building homes in Heritage Wake Forest, Old Fields in Graham, Snow Hill Preserve in Durham, South Lakes in Fuquay-Varina, and Winston Ridge in Youngsville. Founded in 1995 by brothers Tony, Pierre, and Norbert Morin, Biltmore Homes specializes in the construction of extraordinary custom homes with unique designs. The company has earned a reputation for providing Triangle new home buyers with quality-built new homes, as evidenced by their motto, "Built for Life."
"Real estate has surrounded me for most of my life," says Jill. "My mother was a top producing agent in my hometown. I can still recall the high energy that filled our home when Mom closed a home sale. Today, I try to bring that energy into my home and into the homes of my clients."
Giving Back to the Community
As cancer has affected the lives of many, it has intimately affected the life of Jill Morin, President of Crimson Real Estate. Jill lost her father to a courageous battle with colon cancer in 2004. In his memory, Crimson Real Estate donates annually to the Jimmy V foundation in hopes of finding a cure for this devastating illness.
